SS 304L Cold Rolled Plates face challenges during soldering due to cracking and structural segregation. Stainless Steel 316 Plates are designed for gas tungsten-arc and gas-metal arc processes, offering high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion thanks to their molybdenum content. The addition of niobium stabilizes the alloy during welding, reducing inter-granular cracks.
Alloy 304H plates provide excellent machinability under solution-treated conditions, making them suitable for standard machining operations. 304H SS Chequered Plates share a similar microstructure with carbon and low-alloy steels, ensuring durability and versatility.
